Your Real Estate Broker Will Set Up Visits.  She will share listings that check the boxes you have outlined.   She will schedule site visits so you can see these options at your convenience.  She will accompany you on every site visit.

Prepare & Negotiate the Letter Of Intent.   The letter of intent (LOI)  is a 3 – 4 page document that lays out the business terms of your lease.  She will provide expert advice on terms that are weighted in your favor.

Access To Referrals.  She can refer you to expert real estate attorneys, if you need one.

Finalize the Paperwork.   She will guide you through the process so you can sign the papers, transfer the utilities, activate your insurance and take possession of your new space!
