Fees. As a broker, I do not charge any fee to help you search for your rental. The landlord will pay for my services.

Prepare & Negotiate the Letter Of Intent. The letter of intent (LOI) is a 3 – 4 page document that lays out the business terms of your lease. I will provide expert advice on terms that are weighted in your favor.
Hire An Attorney To Review Your Lease.
Finalize the Paperwork. Sign the papers, transfer the utilities, activate your insurance and take possession of the space!
