Looking for something fun to do in Deerfield this weekend? Saturday, October 10, brings a farmers market, pumpkin pottery, a dog-friendly gathering, a family game workshop, and a registered family bingo event. Sunday offers opportunities to visit the library, enjoy a park, or spend time at Sachs Recreation Center.

As a Deerfield resident for more than 30 years, I know that community life extends well beyond the property you call home. My children attended Deerfield schools, and I served as a local Cub Scout leader for more than 10 years. This guide brings together official local listings and practical weekend ideas for families, grandparents, seniors, and neighbors.

Check the organizer’s link before leaving home: registration, fees, schedules, and weather-related changes can affect your plans.
