I represented a dentist in a new commercial lease transaction in Arlington Heights IL. She took over a vacated dental office space. I was able to successfully negotiate the 7 key terms: rental rate, length of lease, construction allowance, free rent, HVAC management, exclusivity, and lease renewals at a fixed rate. We are working together in a consulting arrangement to manage her construction project to renovate her new office.
