Completed Real Estate Requirements To Help Those Who Served

On Wednesday, August 23, 2023, I completed the course to distinguish myself as an American Warrior Real Estate Professional. A few years ago I completed the requirements to earn the title: Military Relocation Professional as well. These courses are recognized by the Illinois Realtors Association.

The mission of the American Warrior Initiative is: ” to provide a platform whereby Real Estate Professionals can be trained and equipped to handle with excellence the home purchase needs of active duty and former military clients.”

One of the goals of this organization is to train and award service dogs to veterans. During our educational program, we were able to witness the award of a service dog to a deserving veteran. The tuition for this course went toward the program. Fairway Financial also donated to the cause to help the veteran care for the service dog.

There are some wonderful benefits available to active duty military members and their families as well as veterans. Some of those benefits include downpayment assistance and lower interest rates to help them buy a home or business.

If you know a veteran or an active-duty military professional, please share my contact information with them. I am happy to help!
